Our experience with Mione Family Remodeling was in a word “superb”! We used them to transform office space just off of our kitchen to a pantry where we are now able to conveniently access grocery items that used to require us going to the pantry we setup in the basement. We also had a trash drawer installed that allowed us to eliminate two separate receptacles we had for trash and recyclables. The entire process from design to scheduling to renovation was effortless. First, their designer was punctual, cordial and very creative. She designed a solution for us that was functional and fit into the existing cabinetry and kitchen layout seamlessly. We felt like we had complete control of what we wanted and never felt pressured to include anything that we felt was beyond the scope of what we wanted to include in the renovation. Once we finalized the details of the design, we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the cost of the project was and reasonable payment terms. Their designer was also honest with us about the lead time before the project started so that we knew how much time we had to clean out the existing office area. The renovation work resulted in very minimal disruption to our normal lives. The project team arrived early on each of the two days they spent working on the project. The renovation crew was very friendly and made regular communication with us to confirm specific installation details before they proceeded with the work. They sealed off the renovation area with plastic and covered the floor with protective mats to minimize the dirt and dust created by the construction work. The new pantry and the sliding trash drawer are of the highest craftsmanship and blends in seamlessly with the other kitchen renovations that we did over 10 years ago. Plus, they were able to salvage the desk that occupied the space where the new pantry went so that it could be reused in our basement. We can say without hesitation that Mione Family Remodeling will be the first phone call we make for any future home improvements.
